Ready mixed masala in a wet paste. Grey with hints of black pepper in colour. Packed in honey jar bottles of 370g or in 5litre catering buckets. Mild peppery flavour with a hint of garlic.

Black pepper, Spices, Flavourings, Garlic, Salt, Vinegar, Sodium benzoate.

water(13%), WHEAT(11%), rehydrated garlic(8%)(rehydrated garlic granules, water), salt, maize, spices (5.4%)(black pepper), onion powder, paprika, chillies, flavour enhancer (E631, E627), acidity regulator (E330), preservatives (E211, E223).
