Ready mixed masala in a wet paste ? dark brown in colour. Packed in honey jar bottles of 370g or 5 litre catering buckets. Spicy with a hint of barbeque flavour & a taste of sweetness & lemon.

Ingredients

Amina?s Wonder spice special mix masala, chillie powder, roasted whole coriander seeds, nutmeg, special mix barbeque spice, salt, ginger, garlic, lemon juicee, vinegar, vegetable oil & sodium benzoate.

Uses

1) Steaks, chops, spare ribs (add a touch of honey & tomato sauce), leg of lamb.
2) Oven grills, barbeque (braais), pot roast & oil fries.
3) Can be used to marinate steak/lamb fillets to make delicious Pizzas, Schwarmas, Pies, Stir fries, also a wonderful additive for the making of kabaabs or meatballs.
4) Used by many butchers as an additive for the manufacturing of sausage, patties & polonies
